A Short and Poignant Post on Dreams
Here’s a rather short but poignant post on dreams that we give up as we get older. This is a perpetual worry of mine: balancing between life and chasing dreams. The author seems to neglect the part where ordinary life has value as well. It would be nice to go home to a house in a modest neighborhood that you own and be greeted by your family. Doing nothing except hanging out with friends are moments worth living and remembering too. Maybe someday; I still have dreams to chase. I am, however, quite exhausted. Isn’t this how people get burned out?
