How to be Satisfied
This isn’t a philosophical post but one that’s rather mundane: how to be satisfied after eating. Apparently certain foods are better at making you feel full than others. For example, potato is the king of satiety. Researchers have come up with the Satiety Index which measures how satisfied a person feel after eating certain food compared with eating white bread. Potato is nearly 3 times as satisfying. Check out the chart of Satiety Index for common foods.
